Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
• How to Return: Contact us via WhatsApp or email to request a return or exchange.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, we’ll guide you through the process.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
